You may voluntarily provide your mobile phone number through the ALB Appliance Repair website chat widget or contact form when requesting appliance repair service. Providing your number is voluntary and not required to receive service. By submitting your number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages related to your inquiry.
We use your mobile phone number solely to send customer care SMS messages, including: appointment confirmations, service scheduling coordination, repair status updates, and follow-up communications related to your appliance repair request. We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. You may receive messages when you submit an inquiry, when an appointment is scheduled or confirmed, and as a follow-up after a completed service visit. We do not send daily promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. ALB Appliance Repair does not charge a fee to send or receive text messages, but your wireless carrier may bill for SMS usage. Contact your carrier for details.
To stop receiving text messages from ALB Appliance Repair at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us. To resume receiving messages, reply START.
